We offer Standard (UPS or USPS), Priority (UPS 2nd Day) and Express (UPS Overnight) shipping options. Each option offers a different delivery date. However, all options require time to process the order before shipping. PLEASE NOTE - WE WILL CALCULATE THE ACCUAL SHIPPING AMOUNT AND ADD THIS TO YOUR ORDER. For larger orders, we might be able to have the item(s) shipped via common carrier.Shipping Charges
We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item. We will add the amount due for shipping directly to your invoice. We will debit your credit card once your order has shipped from one of our warehouse facility. Since your order may ship from more than one warehouse, you order may not arrive at the same time. Please be patient - we make every effort to provide you with the latest shipping information for your order.Items Damaged in Shipment
If you receive a damaged item in your order please DO NOT return the item(s). Many of our items ship from separate warehouses and may not be returned to the address(s) listed on the box. Please call us at 800-236-4242 and a representative will assist you in replacing your damaged items. In the event that McKay Nursery requires the damaged merchandise returned, we will assume the responsibility for the return shipping charges.Return Policy
We sell only new items, and warrant them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. We realize the need to actually see and handle an item to know if it is acceptable. Therefore, you may return any new items to us within 30 days, according to instructions included on your packing slip. Special orders, close-outs, and spare parts are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge (Minimum of $5). This charge must be paid with return, no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable unless an item arrives damaged or defective, in which case McKay Nursery Company will pay for the return shipping.
